Integrated system control, for making adjustments, during operation,
from a single Programmed Logical Control panel, makes the machine,
operator friendly and reduces the need for elaborate training. Variable
Frequency Drives, instead of the conventional clutch and brake system,
eliminate mechanical wear and tear, there by making the IFPL machine to
yield outputs with consistent accuracy, during continuous production for
years. As a result, the consumption of spares is also minimized and
maintenance cost is less.
